Cohen (1940-2001) made groundbreaking contributions to the study of autism and developmental disabilities, Tourette’s syndrome, developmental psychopathology, child psychoanalysis, and children’s adaptation to trauma. Robert A. King, M.D., is professor of child psychiatry and medical director of the Tourette’s/Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Clinic at the Child Study Center, Yale University School of Medicine.
