Gerald I. Fogel, M.D., and Frederick M. Lane, M.D., are Training and Supervising Analysts at the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research, and are members of the department of psychiatry at the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University. Robert S. Liebert, M.D., was until his death also associated with Columbia University in the same capacities.
