I acquire books in the Anchor Yale Bible Commentaries series, a book-by-book translation and exegesis of the Hebrew Bible, the New Testament, and the Apocrypha; and the Anchor Yale Bible Reference Library, a series dedicated to publishing the best contemporary scholarship related to themes in biblical studies. In consultation with the Director of the Press, I also acquire books in the Margellos World Republic of Letters, our award-winning series of global literature in translation. I welcome proposals for literature in translation from any region of the world, and I am particularly interested in works by writers in Latin America, Africa, and the Caribbean.
